In 1937 the Club was Registered as a Limited Company, under the Companies Act N. I.
In essence, the Club exists: "for the purpose of promoting the social intercourse of persons practising or having a sympathetic interest in ANY of the Arts, whether pure or applied and, in encouraging artistic activities within the Club".
Membership is open to anyone who feel they can satisy the above criteria.
Management of the Club is conducted by the The Council, elected from the membership at each AGM.
